This blog is about understanding the balance between health & wellness and pizza & cocktails. It's exhausting trying to be this super perfect ultra healthy person 24/7. This blog isn't about that. It's about doing what you can. Making the best choices out of what you can control, and kicking off your heels and saying "screw it" every now and then without the guilt. It's about understanding how to balance the two appropriately and how to care for your body while doing so.
