I absolutely love garlic but I can't stand having to peel and mince it myself. Can anyone else relate to that? Something about having your fingers smell of garlic no matter how many times you wash them is just not something I look forward to. But it's so much more than that... it's just such a chore for some reason! Recently I started prepping large batches of minced garlic, packing it in refined olive oil, to store away (in the freezer) for future use. I can't begin to tell you how convenient it is. And yes, I know you can buy it in the store like that already but that doesn't quite taste like fresh garlic to me, it has this 'canned' taste that I can't get past. This on the other hand is just as good as freshly minced garlic without all the work!
