Guys, I'm obsessing! These delightful little kale sprouts are incredible. The flavor is very similar to sauteed/roasted brussels sprouts, but better for so many reasons. One being they crisp up so much nicer than the brussels do. Most importantly though, they require none of that tedious prep work like the Brussels do, praaiseeee the kale lords!
1 bag of kale sprouts
Refined coconut oil
Himalayan sea salt
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wash the sprouts, then add them to a bowl with a tablespoon or so of the coconut oil and salt to taste, toss until well distributed.
Spread the sprouts out on to a cast iron pan, or greased baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
