It's summer, how's your bod? I know vanity shouldn't play into it, but if I can be blatantly honest- it's motivating (at least for me). Working out is important for mental and physical health *but we can't ignore that a muscular body is definitely eye-catching*. I want a muscular bod- but I also want great mental and physical health. Luckily the common denominator is the same... Exercise!
Simple. Not Easy.
Many things in life are certainly simple but absolutely not easy:
Saving money: save more than you spend.
Eating healthy: stop eating processed junk, excessive amounts of sugars and animal products.
Keeping a tidy household: oh wait, that is actually easy (see last post: on book recommendation The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up)
You get the point though.
Certain things... in theory... are just so stinkin' simple. So why are they so hard? Well, because they take discipline. They take a big ole' WHY.
