These brownies are delicious and easy to make. The best part is? They're healthy! You can whip up a batch even on the busiest of nights.
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup raw pecans
2 tablespoons organic cocoa powder
Toppings: unsweetened coconut shreds, extra pecans, or whatever else you like- dried cranberries would be divine!
Soak the pitted dates in boiling hot water for 5 minutes. Strain and add to a food processor with the raw pecans. Blend until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and blend to incorporate.
Press into a dish lined with parchment paper and add desired toppings. Set in fridge for an hour before cutting.
