Recommendations: Bucket of steamed clams (I nix the melted butter), lobster cocktail.
Vibe: Hole in the wall joint where everyone knows everyone. You may have hours of wait time for one of their few tables, so grab yourself a seat at the bar and get friendly with the locals.

The Cookie Jar
Recommendations: The vegan gingerbread man was delicious

It ranges from vegan curries to vegan pad thai! They have a tofu eggplant dish on their vegan page that is also phenomenal.
Vibe: Cozy and Comfortable
Recommendations: I started with the Mezze board which was so lovely (they veganized it by replacing the naan). The entire menu looked to die for but decided on 3 sides, all of which were delicious. The dessert menu came and I cursed myself for leaving no room for cake! Vegan cake?! Yes! That's correct. Not just one vegan cake, but 3- an Opera cake which sounded similar to a tiramisu, a double chocolate fudge cake and a carrot cake. Oh, I'll be back.
