My grandmother always made the world's best bruschetta. Watching the love she put into making such simple dishes from her childhood was such an honor. This food literally drew our family together, bringing her rich French and Italian culture to our dining table. 2 garlic cloves, smashed and then diced finely
3/4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large vine ripe tomatoes, diced into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon basil, minced
Hefty pinch of coarse salt
1/2 fresh French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch pieces on a diaganol
